A short guided meditation based on the Tibetan practice of Tonglen Meditation, a practice of compassion. Tonglen means sending and receiving, exchanging the self with others. It is used to take in the pain of others and send out whatever will benefit the other. Using guided imagery we'll tap into the fear and pain of the other and provide it healing, leading to greater love and compassion. This Tibetan meditation can also help you learn how to meditate on someone you love.
